Tanya Petruney give a tour of Seminole Canyon State Park Tour to Fate Bell Shelter Tanya is ranger with the State Parks Division of the Department of Texas Parks and Wildlife. Fate Bell has classic Pecos River style pictographs that are dated to more than 4,000 years bp. The polychrome paintings depict long bodied anthropomorphic figures. The final panel in the Fate Bell Shelter features 4 tall anthropomorphic figures, one of which has wings wider that the figures is tall. The foot position of the anthropomorphs suggests that they are all standing in a circle.
